THE VOICE OF AFRICA (TVOA) is a media company that has provided unrivaled service, in terms of exposure, to various clients since 2016. Initially limited to monthly publications in Washington, DMV area, USA, TVOA has expanded its frontiers by breaking into the Ghanaian market with the aim of eventually establishing itself in every major city in Africa. In the DMV alone, The Voice of Africa distributes to over 300 business centers. Owing to our work with various high-profile individuals, our reputation has quickly grown, resulting in the publication of our content on reputable platforms, including the World Bank website.
Our content is intended to inform, educate, entertain, empower and connect Africans across the globe. With unbeatable print quality, and the innovative use of digital platforms such as YouTube and Podcast services, viewers, readers, and listeners are kept engaged with exciting content. Our mobile applications provide on-the-go content, bringing information to our readers and listeners on demand.
We are driven by our goal to not just curate the authentic, unadulterated voices of Africans but to connect Africans in Africa and across the world in profitable partnerships, business, sports, and cultural relations. As a business, a partnership with TVOA can only mean;
Reaching thousands of online subscribers in the USA and Africa (Ghana, South Africa, Nigeria, Ethiopia, etc.). As well as reaching business leaders in prime business districts in cities we distribute print copies. Individuals, entertainers, and influencers in partnership with TVOA gain a platform to present their unapologetic African selves, craft and causes to advance their careers and Africa at large. Championing African
Experience Africa is more than just a celebration of Africans - it aims to be a flagship diaspora event that brings together people from the African diaspora and the Caribbean through shared culture, food, business relations, and a love for our continent. By doing so, we can create a strong community that harnesses the power of collaboration to attract investments, drive cultural exchange, and champion the cause of Africans and Caribbeans worldwide.
Experience Africa 2023
The maiden conference is slated to be held on July 22, 2023, in Washington DC, precisely, American University Washington College of Law (4300 Nebraska Avenue, Nw Washington, Dc 20016).
Central to the organization and focus of the first conference is wisdom from the adage, "if you want to go fast, you go alone; but if you want to go far, you go with others." The 2023 conference is not only moving Africans but Caribbeans in the diaspora as well to come together, share culture, exchange the best of each side and promote laudable causes for both communities in the USA and beloved countries.
The conference will have a mix of fun, cultural exchange, special African/Caribbean food, scholarships, and donations to worthy individuals and non-profits, and dialogues on pertinent issues facing those home and in the diaspora. We anticipate hosting people from both communities, dignitaries, and representatives from the African and Caribbean Embassies, the African Union, the World Bank, business moguls, and African and Caribbean trailblazers in the diaspora, among many others.
